Dutch Babies

I made Dutch Babies! YAY! There is a first for everything, I guess. Honestly, I had never heard of these sweet treats before. I've seen them pinned before and I thought they looked delightful and had to try it for myself. They looked like a combination of a pancake and a crepe.  I altered the recipe just a little bit and cannot wait to try new combinations in the future!!!

350° || 15 minutes
Dutch Babies
2 Eggs
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup flour
1 tbsp. Butter
Dash of cinnamon, salt, and vanilla

Preheat your oven to 350°. Place 1 tbsp. of butter in your oven safe dish, or cast iron skillet. Place in oven to melt. Whisk together egss and milk. Add your dash of cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Next, add your flour and combine until smooth and creamy. Remove dish from oven and add batter. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with confectioners sugar, strawberries, and your favorite syrup! -Ruth-
