Handmade Holidays

My folks came to visit for Thanksgiving. It was so nice having them here for the week! I can't wait until we get to travel home for Christmas! While my mom was here, we took advantage of the time and made some holiday gifts! I can't wait to share these treats with our loved ones this Season!

This was such an easy and fun project! I used the labels that I designed and then shared hereI used this recipe for the body scrubs and this recipe for the linen sprays. The glass spray bottles came from Vitamin Shoppe and the 4 oz. Jelly Jars came from  Walmart.com

Have you been planning any handmade Holiday gifts?

This stuff looks so great, Ruth! That lemon body scrub sounds lovely! I would love to get around to making homemade gifts for everyone but I just haven't had the time this year. I'm thinking of doing something with my photography and giving it to my grandparents :)

I've thought about it! I will be doing some outdoor Markets next Spring in downtown Dallas (Deep Ellum) and I think that I might throw them up on the table and see what happens!

One year, I printed and framed photos for ALL of my family. I had given random photos of them, their kids, or a memory we had together. Now, these were the days before digital cameras, mind you...so, it was quite the project. But, it was so awesome! Most of them still have the photos in their house today!
