5 things...

They eye is the window to the Soul

5 Things that make me, me...

-I do not use an alarm clock.  I never have used an alarm clock and I never plan to use one! I have always woke naturally. Even if that time might change from day to day, my internal clock handles things for me! I just set the intention before drifting off to sleep, and walla!

-I do not wear make-up. Okay, maybe I wear make-up during the Holidays. I feel weird wearing mascara!

-I am proficient in ASL (American Sign Language). I studied ASL for two years in college and instantly fell in love with the language! It's so expressive, like graceful dancing. It's a beautiful way to communicate and the Deaf Community will always hold a special place inside my heart.

-My favorite band of all time. Is the Talking Heads. Can you say David Byrne!

-I drive in silence. Yes, that is correct, you read that right. I drive to and from work in silence. I enjoy the peace and quiet. I use it as my time to talk to God and the Universe, to pray, to affirmate, and to relax and enjoy the ride. No pun intended! Okay, maybe a little pun intended!

I wish I had an internal alarm clock. I would sleep until 8 or 9 some days without my phone alarm. And I usually don't wear makeup to work. Not worth it :)

You are so lovely without makeup! I can't believe that you don't use an alarm clock! I don't even want to imagine my days without one.

Definitely not worth wearing make up to work (at least my day job!) I love hearing that other ladies fee the same way!

Charlotte, the only thing is there is no universal sign language. It's just like every other language, it is different everywhere you go! There is even different dialects within the same country. It's an amazingly beautiful way of communicating and I found it very easy to learn because I'm such a visual person.

So cool Samantha! I love that! I considered getting my certification because I was 2 classes away from meeting all the pre-recs for the program. But, I know I can't do it all.

I would be too afraid to sleep without an alarm clock. And I do not wear any makeup at all..only mascara! HA! Love that you are proficient in ASL. At one point I wanted to teach deaf and hoh students. I took many classes but when you don't use it you lose it!
