2013 Insta-Recap || 2013 Insta-Fav's

2013 was an awesome year! Many exciting things happened. I mentioned some of my "professional" highlights in my 2013 year in review post. However, there were a few personal highlights as well. For instance, we added a new member to our family! HENRY!  He is truly the best! We couldn't have found a more perfect fit for us!

Also, I really tried heaps of new recipes this year. I really stepped out of my comfort zone and tried so many new things! Most of which were a success! I don't discuss it much on the blog. But..In 2013 I followed a loose Paleo diet. I've sort of adapted the Paleo guidelines to really work for myself and my husband. I have found it to be super successful! And the bonus is that it is something sustainable! This recipe is one of my favorites and I think you should try it out!

Another personal highlight in 2013 is that I have really refined the household products that I use. I make many of my own hygiene and cleaning products like this one and this one. I also started using Wen hair care and LOVE it! I plan on sharing some of my homemade cleaning products with y'all this year!

So, as we wrap up 2013 and embark on 2014...I look back and am grateful for everything God provided for my family. Cheers to making 2014 ROCK!

I'm so glad that you were able to accomplish so many wonderful things in 2013! Henry is the cutest and you rocked your paleo diet! I can't wait to see all of the things that you do in 2014.

Such a great year! I actually made your cauliflower breadsticks last year, and they were delicious! And I can't wait to see your cleaning products DIY. We're trying to make some of our own too. :)

I know! I'm so glad you liked them! They are pretty versatile too! I like to make little mini pizza crusts out of them!
